Steve Levine, President and Founder
Steve Levine founded ATS in 2000 as a support function call center for Credit Protection Association, LP (CPA). Today, ATS has grown into a dynamic enterprise offering a range of product lines that include Outsourced Contact Center Services and Information Technology Hosting and Consultation. Steve joined CPA in 1994, and he currently serves as president of both CPA and ATS. At the beginning of his career, he worked as a financial analyst for investment banker RBC Daniels. Levine earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his MBA in Finance from the University of Denver. He is a member of the YPO’s Santa Monica Bay chapter and serves on the board of the UCLA Rape Treatment Center.

Bill Deraleau, Corporate Vice President
Bill Deraleau has over 29 years experience in the IT industry and has been with ATS since the company’s inception. As Corporate Vice President, Bill leads both the ATS Technical Group and Contact Center Services. He has been instrumental in the design and development of the organization’s technology platform supporting all networking, systems, telecommunication, and business operations. Prior to ATS, he spent 17 years at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) as Leader of Technical Personnel Support. Bill is a graduate of the University of Arkansas Little Rock with a degree in Business Administration.

Steve Willard, Corporate Vice President
Steve Willard has more than 25 years of business development experience and has been with ATS for 10 years as Vice President of Corporate Contact. Steve interfaces daily with senior executives from ATS’ major cable and telecom client companies and is primarily responsible for contract negotiation and business development within the US market. He is a graduate of the University of North Texas.

Todd Mapes, Vice President of Business Development
Todd Mapes joined ATS in 2002 with more than 20 years of sales and sales management experience. Over the last eight years, he has leveraged his strong understanding of consumer payment behavior and customer retention in support of cable and utility client programs as Vice President of Sales. Todd is a graduate of Ohio State University.

Jay Newberger, Vice President of Communications
Jay Newberger’s specialty is technical communications. During his 15 year tenure with ATS, Jay has developed and managed the telephone communications infrastructure for the entire enterprise, and has overseen strategic utilization of all switch and dialer operations. Jay’s expertise includes all internal/external communications avenues including VoIP, network service quality and the coordination of strategic alliances between all of ATS’ communications vendors. Jay has a degree in Psychology/Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin and has professional certifications from AVAYA Communications and Aspect Communications.

Jerome Quiroga, Vice President of Information Technology
Jerome Quiroga Specializes in network design, security development and compliance. Jerome has over 17 years of experience in developing and implementing technology-based solutions for the enterprise environment with companies including UCLA Medical Center, JP Morgan Chase and Texas Instruments. Jerome is a regular panel participant in virtualization and security technology discussions, and has been featured on both eweek.com and complianceweek.com. He is a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Information Systems Security Association (ISSA).

Sterling Shepherd, Vice President of Operations
Sterling Shepherd joined ATS in 2008 and is primarily responsible for the planning and implementation of technical solutions aimed at client retention, acquisition and competitive differentiation. He has and has over 21 years of experience in Operations Management and Application Software Development with more than 1,000 deployments to his credit. Shepherd attended the University of Texas and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).

Christopher S. Shaw, Vice President of Contact Center Solutions
Christopher has been responsible for managing ATS’ contact center operations since 2008. Prior to joining ATS, he held the positions of Assistant Vice President for Bank One Texas; Senior Design Engineer for Lucent Technologies and AVAYA; and Director of Services and Operations for Lantana Communications. Christopher holds many professional certifications including AVAYA ACA and Rummler Brache. He also has an Electronics Technology Certificate from Oklahoma State Board of Vocational and Technical Education.
